Why Billy loves Dufflet:

In the early 80s I  was always envious when she would get her hair cut with one of my coworkers. Always charming with real red hair that was sculptured beautifully was her signature. My colleague retired from the hair and beauty world. Then my dream came true. I got her to sit in my chair.

Many moons later Dufflet has served up desserts for my sister's wedding, my mother's 65 birthday and my parent's 50th anniversary among other fêtes over the years. When I grew up everything was homemade including butter. So you can understand the tough crowd in my family. She only uses the best ingredients. This is why Billy's family loves Dufflet. billyxoxo

Toronto’s dessert diva, Dufflet Rosenberg has come a long way since she first baked carrot cakes for the Queen Mother and Cow Café back in the day. Though she now supplies more than 600 restaurants and stores across southern Ontario and Quebec – Loblaws, Whole Foods and Pusateri’s among them – with her signature baked goods, many of the originals are still on the menu, including her legendary sky-high white chocolate mousse layer cakes, frothy cappuccino dacquoise tortes and sinfully rich double-fudge cupcakes. Sweet indulgences, indeed!
